The document appears new, but the charge is not. Weiner had his laptop seized due to the sexting scandal involving a 15-year-old, so the investigation was naturally based on searching for possession of / production of child pornography.

Erm, what I meant was; the law of searching strictly for what your warrant, y'know, warrants you to, is a standard and fair enough law that everyone abides by, and the FBI ought to follow protocol legally.
