Cheese Pizza comes from CP. People on places 4chan would ask people to "Post CP" meaning post Child Pornography. This usage is over a decade old. To parody these requests, people would post non pornographic CP, like Chocolate Pudding or Captain Picard or Copier Paper or the most popular one Cheese Pizza.
