Conviction overturned for foster parent who forced 4 year old to drink his semen ( pizzagate )

A foster parents conviction of sexual assault of a child was overturned because the judge ruled that although reprehensible, forcing a 4 year old child to drink his semen did not constitute assault because the child did not touch the perp's intimate parts, nor were the child's intimate parts touched.

Pizzagate related because this case shows that in the state of Colorado, the laws regarding child sexual abuse are so lax, that an adult can masturbate in front of a child, ejaculate into a child's hands, and force the child to drink it- and that is not illegal! That is systemic corruption to have such weak laws that the fact that the adult masturbating in front of the child is not illegal.

ok wait. so if I spit on someone that is assault. If I pee in public then I'm a sex offender. but this guy is innocent? I think the supporting judges deserve a big bowl of cum in their faces, then they can decide if that's assault or an "intimate part."

What kind of precedent is this? What other cases could be appealed on this ruling?? If these judges were the grandparents of my children I'd NEVER let them see them again.

Wow talk about effing backward ass state. My boyfriends friend A BLIND DUDE fell on a lady and touched her in a private place..WAS CHARGED with abusing her but this all good right?!! Now I am not sure how this ended but damn talk about justice being blind in the wrong way. I sometimes think we should get baseball bats and go regulate on these demonic fuckers!!

Typically, I'm not really concerned about offending people, but when it comes to victims of abuse I feel differently. I'm not sure how to change the wording to not be triggering while still including the heinousness of the crime. If you have an idea of how it could be improved please let me know.

Oh that's awful! I hadn't seen that story before.

Sadly, there was a local case where a little toddler came down with herpes. The parents denied sexual abuse and said she must have gotten it from touching her mom's menstral pads. Police couldn't prove sexual abuse, but the poor kid now has herpes for life.

Generally that absolutely IS considered child sexual abuse. I'm not sure about variations in state laws, though

Exposing a child to anything sexual is considered sexual abuse by my states laws. Masturbating in front of them definately fits! I was shocked to learn what little protection Colorado law provides to children!

It looks like it's Colorado law that allowed this case to be overturned. The law is very broad about what actually constitutes sexual abuse. How their child abuse laws haven't been examined and tightened up before this is concerning.
