Donna Butterworth passed away a few days ago, if the name doesn't ring a bell don't worry, it didn't for me either. She was a child actor that co-starred w/ Elvis in a movie called 'Paradise, Hawaiian Style', a film that has more than a couple cringe worthy songs featuring Elvis.

Here is 'Queenie Wahine's Papaya', where Butterworth's character is clearly identified as Queenie Wahine.

Donna Butterworth appears very masculine in both physical appearance and gestures. I suggest this because I believe the child abuse goes deeper. I believe these children have been and are still being victimized on many levels. Transgendering of children has been going on for eons. And apparently, according to one of the comments on one of the videos, a friend of his said he did not like working on the movie, which was shot in 7 days. So maybe he wasn't? That Hey Little Girl song is absolutely disgusting. My jaw hurts because I watched the whole time with my mouth wide open in disbelief. Those lyrics are atrocious.
