Just ban him whenever you see him. I've already reported him to Putt for doxxing, and banned a whole bunch of his alts for comment spamming. Now he's admitted using these sock puppets to upvoat brigade.

I just took care of these two alts, but you go to the Mod toolbox in the sidebar, click "subverse bans", type in the username, click the appropriate reason button, type in a description and viola! I've been using this as the description:
