That was Wisconsin_Is_Corrupt. I tried to follow that account's sometimes cryptic leads. From what I could tell, it was at least not unfounded and there is some real shady history with secretive people. Lots of fraternities not rooted in anglo-saxon belief systems. Through PMs they hinted to me it was not ome person but maybe an organization of sorts on the username. Now Im cautious of sustainability as its presented in communities and our apparent regional model for government. I think Racine may also be a hub for trafficking with its access to the great lakes and proximity to Chicago.
