Search for [Podesta emails]. The torrent is one big zip file which has several files inside that. One site to try is http://1337x.to . Podesta emails are in a .gz file so I think 7zip will handle that.

What are the current URLs for Pirate Bay and KAT?

Did you search a tracker site for it? It should be up and seeded now. I gave an example tracker site for you to search, no login necessary if you just want to search.
