And Frank Giustra

Yuke

The second drop of the pedo logo in the same TV show seems an awful lot like dropping breadcrumbs.

Mrs_Ogynist01

Wait, what was the first drop?

Yuke

In season one it was featured as part of the cult thing. Here's one image of it http://media.vocativ.com/photos/2014/03/True-Detective-193746038527.png It was featured a few more times in different guises (one was painted on the inside of a garage door if I remember correctly).

Cannon1

I just finished watching Season 1, and caught that logo on her back. It's actually what got me back over here to start going through this stuff again.

Mrs_Ogynist01

Oh wow - that is blatant.

Baichu

This looks almost identical to the current Justine Trudeau's Annual Report from a couple of years ago, with the triangle swirl that is.

Mrs_Ogynist01

It's not almost - it is the exact triangle. It's the entire page from that report.

this is great. first they mention the Franklin Scandal in Season 3, now this.

Dalai_Llama

I remember I watched the first season with Matthew McConaughey. Their entire investigation was brought about by the murder of a young woman whose body was arranged in some kind of Satanic shrine. Throughout the remainder of that season, there was never any crime that was similar to the initial crime, although it did lead the detectives to uncover a pedophile ring. I remember saying to myself, "how does any of this relate to the first episode?" My thoughts now amount to an uneasy realization that the sector of society that handles the development of our entertainment is so comfortably accustomed to the casual link betwen Satanism and pedophilia, that they don't even see their audience as ignorant to said casual link. I have to admit I was very naive.

It’s sad to go on r/TrueDetective where this is being discussed. Lots of people who think “Pizzagate was debunked”, McMartin preschool was just an innocent daycare and satanism never plays a role.

Hell, some people over there still haven’t grasped that the show is about a widespread conspiracy to traffick children.

EricKaliberhall

Excellent. I will remove the flair.

GhostOfSwartz

Saw that last night. Glad you posted this.

think-

Cool. Didn't they change their logo at some point, after we exposed them?

Frankenblock

Besta Pizza did, they took the spiral triangle out of their pizza slice logo immediately

Madwack

think-

Ok, thanks.

Wow, I have always wondered if Pizzolatto was trying to hide in plain sight, or is actually a good guy trying to expose something. He was interviewed about his inspiration for the show and referenced a non-fiction book about writing horror stories. The Amazon description of the book is, essentially, the most horrifying stories are actually non-fiction. That piqued my interest obviously. He also claims to be from a "working class" family in Louisiana, but I think his father was an attorney. I don't usually associated lawyers with working class. He's intriguing to me. Thoughts?

Zen0

I didn't know his background, but louisiana makes sense given that is the setting for the first season. Yeah, he might be trying to expose something. It just caught me off guard as the Foundation's use of the logo is such a strange one to pull from. I tweeted him asking how/why he chose to use this specific use of the logo. I'll let ya know if i get a reply

Did the episode explain that it is the Trudeau logo?

Mrs_Ogynist01

No, if I remember correctly, the female reporter just mentions the "blue triangle" associated with pedophilia. I'll watch it again though.

Thanks

HelloDolly

Thanks. I hope he gets back to you but would be sort of surprised. He seems pretty normal, I think he's probably a good guy.

FuckUredditFuckuSpez

100% Exposing, No question.

spacemanspliph

Are you really sticking by this after the finale? See my post I just did, any thoughts? https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/3059440

HelloDolly

I really hope so.
