An article published on the BBC website today reports the findings of children's charity the NSPCC, that instagram is the worst offender for child grooming.
Police in England and Wales recorded 1,944 incidents of sexual communication with children in the six months to September 2018, the NSPCC says. Instagram was used in 32% of the 1,317 cases where the method was recorded, Facebook in 23% and Snapchat in 14%.
The NSPCC said Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat together made up 70% of the 1,317 cases in that six-month period where police had recorded the method used.
The NSPCC said the figures did not "fully reflect the scale of the issue", as many crimes go undetected or unreported.

Relevant to pizzagate because of child grooming for sexual exploitation, in particular child grooming via social media, which has obviously played such a big part in the DC specific pizzagate findings.

VOAT ALERT! Poster "sinclair" has admitted that he is a controlled shill. BEWARE! : these posts below:
"Yah, my Jew masters used their mind control device to compel me to answer you, cause I'm mindless and cannot formulate an original though based on the evidence presented. /s"
"Jew Masters: Abraham, Noah, David, Isaac. I think their last name was berg or witz, or something like that."

Hypothetically speaking of course, if you were doing a background check for an adult candidate to work with young children and then hypothetically found this PUBLIC Instagram cache of photos of babies and young children, would you still consider hiring this person for the job? https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1576012
The intent behind these photos may not be provable in court, but human instinct may prevail in forming an actionable conclusion. Just my OPINION.

Hypothetically speaking, would you vote for a political candidate whose members of their inner circle was closely associated with this person? The court of public OPINION matters.

Instagram was probably created for just this purpose. It's a huge part of the global economy. It's all about PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY. When something is not written, but communicated VISUALLY, intent is harder to prove. It injects subjectivity. @sinclair recently illustrated this in another post referring to the child (#carisjames) featured in jimmycomet's public Instagram photos:
sinclair:
"I''ll paint a human picture for you. Get ready... Perhaps, James is the godfather of Caris Cummings, a close friend's little girl, who's in the picture. Maybe he adores the girl. He creates a hashtag, called, #carisjames, to broadcast all the crazy things him and the little girl do together. Whatever other story you want, I feel pretty certain, it's a combination of his name and her name #together. Get it? You decide how it got that way from there."
septimasexta:
""He loves that little girl a lot and dodes on her." (I think you mean "dotes") Yes, and also calls the cute baby with it's mouth open a #hotard. Next theory?"
sinclair: "So he's an idiot. All I'm saying is that it's not a secret code. It's just the two names together. Why does it have to be more complex than that?"

Are you suggesting we believe that subjectivity would manifest itself as doubt for the skeptic (CarisJames must mean something coded), or could be closure for someone looking for quick answers (CarisJames is just the two names as one hashtag).
Note: I don't want to leave the impression I know anything, because I'm guessing like everyone else; I speculate because like puzzles.

James Alefantis allegedly went on Pol and made a big freudian slip
▼ septimasexta
My my. Quick response. On the clock? LOL! Obviously, you are not responding to my point, but are trying to change the subject. LOL!
▼ sinclair
I was asking about subjectivity. I wanted clarification; I don't know how much more on your point my question could be.
Yah, my Jew masters used their mind control device to compel me to answer you cause I'm mindless and cannot formulate an original though based on the evidence presented. /s

Our conversation illustrates subjectivity in interpreting the same photo. Duh.
"Yah, my Jew masters ..." Names please?
▼ sinclair
ok, ok. I get it.
Jew Masters: Abraham, Noah, David, Isaac. I think their last name was Arian, or something like that. ;-)
▼ septimasexta
"Abraham, Noah, David, Isaac."
How do they communicate with you? How much do you earn/hour? Or, do you work for free?
▼ sinclair
You can't be serious. Did you forget you were on the internet, or something?
▼ septimasexta
I am serious. Aren't you?
▼ sinclair
And this is why I put "women", the smiley face in my post was to imply I was being sarcastic. I don't know your power level, so I can't say what you'll know, or understand in internet shorthand.
▼ septimasexta
What "smiley face"? I don't see one.
▼ sinclair
it's a wink....like this... ;-)
▼ septimasexta
Those are punctuation marks. I thought your finger made a mistype. You have posted a few misspellings....ie "doding" instead of "doting" or "Faceberg" instead of Facebook. Is there some sort of online "dictionary" for using punctuation marks as "pictograms"? OR ARE YOU JUST MAKING THIS UP?
▼ sinclair
behold! emoticons
▼ septimasexta
Wikipedia is your source??????? Really? All the colleges forbid using it as a reference. It can be EDITED. A so-called "wink" today could be a one-eyed pirate tomorrow. Does Snopes have an APPROVED list?
Am I to interpret your "wink" as some sort of SEXUAL HARASSMENT?
▼ sinclair
here another source for emoticons idk the fuck you want. I know you're just trolling me now. You're being intellectually disingenuous.
I could give you 10 sources, and a time traveler could appear to tell you, and you'd still staunchly combat this. Carry on, sir.
You win. You beat me. :-)
▼ septimasexta
"You're being intellectually disingenuous." Oh, I'm not through.
I will indulge your personal view that "the smiley face in my post was to imply when I named "Jew Masters" was sarcastic. "
Why did you choose "Jew" to imply something sarcastic? Why not Catholic, or Hindu, or Baptist?
BTW, do you refer to Hasidic Jews? Ultra-Orthodox Jews? Orthodox Jews? Ashkenazi Jews? Sephardi Jews? Or ALL ?
Do you think mind control is a JOKE? https://www.theblackvault.com/documentarchive/cia-mkultra-collection/#2018 The CIA doesn't seem to think so. Our tax dollars have been spent to research and perfect it.
▼ septimasexta
@$$ You can add that to your "official emoticon list" LOL!

Instagram? I took the Catholic church more for Faceberg types.
▼ Yuke
I guess the Shekelsteins are more visually oriented.

And bear in mind this is just communications with children. Add on all of the accounts that are hosting and sharing illegal content as well and it gets pretty shocking to think that these things are operating so openly.
▼ septimasexta
Great post Yuke. Upvoat!
