Hi @patriotlady1 ,

Could you please have a look at Rule 1 in our sidebar, and the link therein to our definition of pizzagate? (View desktop site if on mobile to see the sidebar). We specifically focus on material related to the abuse of kids by the global elite, not just human trafficking. If you can find a way this may be linked and add a statement to that effect, we can leave it up. Otherwise, it will need to be reposted in v/pizzagatewhatever (our anything goes subverse). I'll give you the 24 Hour Grace flair, in case someone comes up with something. Thanks.

PatriotLady1

OK thanks for that. I appreciate it.

No problem. Sorry for the stickler rules. We had problems early on with massive shitposting to slide directly related content off the front page, so the community tightened up the posting requirements.

Robert Kraft: New England Patriots owner charged in prostitution and human trafficking ring bust

Hmm. OK, this seems to have been a prostitution and trafficking ring bust, but he is only being charged with prostitution charge. That's how I see it. That's not how it seemed at the start. Florida's laws are extremely lax when it comes to sentencing for both of these crimes. Wonder why THAT is? I think we all know the answer to that one. I have my ideas who is facilitating these crimes LE and politicians that are all well known are involved or look the other way because they are getting well paid with either money or sex.

There was no human trafficking. All the girls were at least 24. Kraft was never going to face any serious charges. He was charged with a misdemeanor. The odds of him ever doing anything other than paying a fine and doing some community service or education were always zero.

think-

There was no human trafficking.

Definitely not true . There might not have been any trafficking of minors, but adult women definitely were trafficked and forced into prostitution.

MaxVieuxlieu

Any evidence for this?

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft charged as a 'john' in human trafficking/prostitution investigation

In his Tuesday news conference about a major human trafficking investigation , Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said about 100 men would be arrested.

When asked about prominent people or celebrities, Snyder said, “There will be a newsmaker in this one.”

That newsmaker is Robert Kraft, billionaire businessman and owner of the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots.

On Friday, Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr confirmed to WPTV that Kraft is one of 25 men being charged with soliciting another to commit prostitution.

He confirmed that there is video evidence of all of the men being charged.

When asked if he was surprised about the arrest of Kraft, Chief Kerr said, "We're as deeply stunned as anyone else."

"Our concern in this investigation centers around victims of human trafficking ," said Kerr. He said authorities are working with interpreters to gain information and help those who were trafficked .

So...no evidence then?

This is what happens to your case in court when the investigation is not handled properly or a "judge" is paid for.

Why would Kraft be charged with human trafficking? His crime was solicitation of prostitution, it's a misdemeanor

This is from a month ago. https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/patriots/solicitation-charge-places-robert-kraft-orchids-asia-day-spa-day-afc-title-game?int

Aronberg indicated that the individuals involved will be charged with first-degree misdemeanors of soliciting prostitution. A first-degree conviction would result in a mandatory 100 hours of community service, a $5,000 fine and a course intended to educate on the dangers of human trafficking. A conviction could result in a maximum of a year in jail time.

Aronberg said that diversion programs are "available."

"There are diversion programs available, there are classes available," he said. "Just because the mandatory penalty is up to a year in jail doesn't mean someone is going to get that."

With a diversion, there is no plea from the accused. A Deferred Prosecution Agreement would be signed, and the state would defer prosecution. So long as the accused accomplished that which was agreed upon with the state, the expectation is that the case would be dismissed.

i thought it was an under-aged girl... I don't care who bangs over-18 hookers, unless the girl was forced into prostitution.

so what's up with this story?

think-

unless the girl was forced into prostitution.

so what's up with this story?

The story is that adult women were forced into prostitution, and Kraft took advantage of them as a john.

Steinmacher

so why is he only getting the wrist slap?

rich old man fucks young oriental sex-slave... nothing happens.

Lansing-Michigan

Laws for the rich are different than those for the poor or black.

Hmmmm_m

Any man caught in his situation would get similar charges.

Whoever recruits these women from other countries and hold their passports to make them prostitute would be the ones charged with human trafficking.

MaxVieuxlieu

There were never any underaged girls. The youngest girl was 24. The whole story was completely overblown.

Steinmacher

maybe overblown... I can only find info that he was busted during a sex-trafficking investigation. No indication of the status/age of the prostitute he banged.

but:

Police said the massage parlor Kraft visited had enticed women from overseas by telling them they were coming to America for work, but instead forced them into sexual servitude.

was he banging a sex-slave? How did he find this place?

think-

but instead forced them into sexual servitude

Yes. See your own quote above.

Steinmacher

so why is he getting off with a slap on the wrist when he was banging a sex slave? and "he didn't know" isn't good enough.

and I still want to know how he even found that place...
