May sound selfish, and off topic, but I have always known Hickory as a really nice town, until 2007/8, when our family property got stolen by people working at the county tax office. I was blamed for not letting others know, and it did damage to our family structure. Criminals are usually opportunistic in nature and hang with others like them. Point being, I knew right then and there that something drastic had changed in Hickory since the 70's.
@YogSoggoth
- thanks for commenting, and apologies - but are you sure you would like to put that on a public thread? You might doxx yourself with this info.
Nope. I already got interviewed by a three letter. I, and my family are so angry about this, that it will boil over in real life, and there is no stopping that. Thanks for your concern, and I do the same for everyone.
Green was taken into custody in the early morning hours of March 31, soon after he allegedly engaged in a felony sex act with a 14-year-old at the Baymont Inn on Hendersonville Road, according to Christina Hallingse, spokeswoman for Asheville Police Department. Hallingse confirmed the child was "known to the suspect prior to the incident."
Green graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College and obtained his law degree from UNC Chapel Hill in 1979. He was partner in the firm Gorham, Crone, Green & Steele for nine years before returning to private practice in 2017.
Green is an active member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Hickory, where he serves as an acolyte master and choir member, according to his website, as well as a former Warden of the Vestry.
He is president of the board of directors for the Western Piedmont Symphony and a member of the Hickory Sunrise Rotary Club. Green also has been praised for his work with AFS Intercultural Program, through which he has been "hosting foreign exchange students since 1991," according to his website.
Bail was set at $75,000, and he is not listed as an in custody with the Buncombe County Detention Center. Green is scheduled to appear in court on April 22.
Current President of Board of Directors of Western Piedmont Symphony. Active member of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, serving as acolyte master, choir member and former Warden of the Vestry. Current member of Hickory Sunrise Rotary Club. Volunteer for AFS Intercultural Programs, recruiting host families and hosting foreign exchange students since 1991.
This week, we welcomed four students spending a year at Hickory High School as part of the AFS-USA foreign student exchange program, coordinated locally by our own Dan Green. Dan introduced us to Lara from Turkey, Peak from Thailand, Vivian from Austria and the effervescent Mina from Tunisia. Sergeant at Arms Wayne challenged various victims to interpret a sentence from each of the guests in their native language, which raked in a good quantity of dollar fines.
Foreign student exchange program coordinated by Dan Green. Green is the Fox the Students are the Hens.
In a story by Mary Kristen Kelly on the North Carolina Bar Association’s website, Green said he had 23 exchange sons and eight exchange grandchildren in 2018.
He's charged with crimes against one child. I hope they're also looking into whether he molested the foreign exchange students he's hosted since 1991. This creep requires a sentence long enough to keep him off the streets forever.
You won't believe this. They have a Masonic Temple in Asheville, and there is a 'Ashville Mystery Museum' in its basement:
Warren launched Haunted Asheville Ghost Tours in 1996, featuring a visit to the Asheville Mystery Museum, located in the basement of the Masonic Temple, where Warren houses artifacts related to the city’s legends and paranormal investigation equipment.
Would not be a bit surprised if they were and are. NC and Virginia never cease to amaze me The Salem Witches and now a Mystery Museum in a basement. How creepy can you get.
This was the heir to the Biltmore Estate, a relative of Gloria Vanderbilt, who died two years ago:
William A.V. Cecil, Vanderbilt's grandson and Biltmore owner, dead at 89
These were his relatives:
Cecil is survived by his wife, Mary “Mimi” Ryan Cecil; his son,
William A.V. “Bill” Cecil, Jr.
, and daughter-in-law
Virginia “Ginger” Cecil
; his daughter,
Diana “Dini” Cecil Pickering
, and son-in-law
George “Chuck” Pickering
; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Cecil is also survived by his brother,
George Henry Vanderbilt Cecil
, 92, who headed the Biltmore Farms development company for decades.
Maybe this judge was involved in the cover up of whatever shit was going down at the Biltmore Estate.
Given the comments about this being the same area as that estate (along with findings), I believe this gives stronger evidence to my theory that children are regularlly being tortured/murdered there, with the paintings depicting actual events.

Hmm. Good question!

The distance between Hickory, where he lived, and Ashville, where he abused the 14-year-old in a hotel, is 77 miles.

So what was he doing in Ashville? Who was the kid? How often did he go there before?

Bingo. You are smart (as if I didn't know that). That was my thinking too. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he was Freemason.
