Cultural Marxist 'fact checking' website Snopes has been caught defending the current practice of teaching child rape as a sexual orientation in California public schools, going to far as to state that child rape was wrong only to, "...modern observers."

Snopes was founded by a Canadian couple who divorced when the husband embezzled money from the company in 2012-2015. According to the wife he spent the money on prostitutes. He has since remarried to a former porn star. Daily Mail In 2016 Facebook bailed out the failing company with an infusion of cash from their fact checking partnership. When Facebook got involved some of the employee fact checkers were let go and expressed their discontent at the unfairness of articles being driven by Facebook to reach biased conclusions. The Gardian In February 2019 Facebook stopped partnering with Snopes, at the time they stated they have 34 other fact checking partners. CNBC
