The first Watch Dogs game had a trailer that showed the main character fighting and exposing an elite Human Trafficker. Can't that same idea be done for a game against the cabal? ( pizzagate )

Just an idea I had for a while. This trailer was brilliant and could have been it's own game plot of exposing the cabal.
