This is not the case and he was initially contacted by the FBI informing him that he was being set up. The emails were never even opened and the FBI said that he is not under any suspicion and is viewed as the victim.

All the news stories have this completely Twisted and are trying to articulate it in a way that makes him look guilty and retarded Q followers on here are doing the exact same thing. It's wrong and you should be ashamed. Setting someone up to look like a pedophile as one of the worst things someone can do to another person and everyone should be extremely pissed off about this whether you like Alex Jones or not.

How could this happen? Would someone with this kind of horrible content not be aware of where it is on their comp and protect it? It seems that the method of demonizing someone with despicable accusations has been used in the past. Smear campaigns abound. I'm not a fan and don't view his vids, but this looks pretty hinky to me. Alex Jones/pedo is far more damaging than AJ/nutbar.

This part is incorrect. That might be Jones trying to get ahead of the story. He went on a rant blaming the Sandy Hook Lawyers.

His lawyers found child porn and alerted the FBI.

The story that came out today is that the Sandy Hook lawyers asked for a bunch of information in discovery. Jones gathered up a bunch of stuff and gave it to his lawyers. His lawyers sent it to the Jones lawyers. Jones lawyers look at it see Child Porn and call the FBI.

So this means, his lawyers never looked through the information they were sending to the other side. That's pretty bad lawyering.

So far the FBI has not charged Alex Jones with a crime, so it's possible this was sent to InfoWars and nobody looked at it....like maybe it a public emailbox they never check.

But if Alex Jones ever touched that stuff and it was still on his machines, even if someone forwarded it to him, that's a crime.

Alex Jones could also have liability for this threat he made on his show Friday against the Sandy Hook lawyers.
