Then why not call it TerraMarine? Do you think they are actually trying to preserve the oceans? Or is it more likely they are doing what they always do, and are blatantly telling us their intentions. If you do a random search for TerraMar, there are numerous hits right off the bat for all kinds of companies. Also, the name appears as both "Taramar" and "TaraMar," both used by Ghislaine Maxwell.

Yes there are many Terramar companies including becoming a consultant selling cosmetics in Mexico.

I don't know what the corporate governance was. Was the company part of The TerraMar Project? Was she CEO? Investor? I'm sure with Epstein at her disposal, there are tons of complex corporate veils and shell companies.
