In the current climate of our collective awareness of their symbolism, you would think that Amazon would be more concious of the decisions they make on advertising.

I was watching this commercial last night for the first time and right when it started, I said to myself, "They're gonna throw in some symbolism...."

And as I watched, BOOM. 23 seconds in and a girl jump off a school bus and she is wearing PIZZA SOCKS!!!!

I about fell out of my chair!!

They just HAD to put pizza symbolism in a KIDS commercial about "back to school"!
