It comes from the remake of the critically acclaimed video game Persona 5 (a game suspected of being written by game industry white hats).

The lyrics are of the heroes sending a not subtle threat to evil doers that their time to face justice is coming.

That their skeletons in the closet will come out and the truth will be revealed to the public.

Ahh ... that would explain why I never heard of it. Quit video games around the first legend of Zelda, and the only reason I was playing them then was because I was stuck in Connecticut for the winter with nothing to do.
