Are there records kept on each correctional facility? ( pizzagate )

It would be interesting to see how many inmates under suicide watch were actually successful in committing suicide at the MCC. That number is probably zero at least for the last decade. Surely such records are kept. Where should I start looking?

I read a tweet by a former SDNY guy who said they sent over perps to MCC frequently, but none of them ever committed suicide.
