Nadia Marcinkova visited Epstein while in custody 90 times, as revealed by the Daily Mail article . This is yet more supporting evidence that the Palm Beach Police were involved in Epstein's trafficking under age girls. After his plea deal Epstein continued to have contact with girls he prostituted to social elites such as Prince Andrew.

Palm Beach is Broward County which connects to DWS who has connections to Israel. Epstein being Mossad as is Maxwell this is no surprise. Police being run by Israeli Mafia imo. Or at least their commanders are under their thumb. It’s all connected. The drug corridor also run by them. They run everything down there. Epstein had no problem getting permission for anything.

Perhaps the victim was servicing the police at the behest of Epstein for him to get other favors from the police. Or the victim was servicing both Epstein and the police. In general, police have a strange symbiotic relationship with hos, pimps and madames. If you've every attended a private police event there are always several working girls in attendance.
