Unfortunately, @truthseekertx , I have to remove this now per Rule 2, since you didn't add the actual source link/location. I tried to leave it up a bit longer than the usual 24 hours, because I know Voat has been on and offline a lot lately. I really don't want to have to take this down. Please do repost it with a more accurate title, the source link, and the page numbers of the pdf for each screenshot. Thank you!

Didn't Amanda Bynes mention a chip in her head?

Vindicator

@truthseekertx , please edit your submission to include the specific location of these screencaps from the Records Vault drop so that other researchers can easily find them. We generally don't accept mere screencaps as sufficient to meet our submission requirements (Rule 2). I'll give you the 24 Hour Grace flair, so you can edit. Thanks.

Censorship in the form of rules, regulations. and BS moderation abuse.

God-Mods with touchy feely rules to frustrate and disenfranchise citizen investigators.

I hope Soros paid the sell-out mods well, ya fucking pedo-protecting ass-holes.

Vindicator

You consider requiring submissions to be sourced in a research subverse exposing elite pedos to be "touchy feely"?

Sounds like something a pedo-protecting asshole would support.

NoBS

You are using the same tactics all government control freaks use. Make the innocent defend against the guilty with rules, regulation and touchy feely Laws of the God-Mod. This was started by the UK/Vatican (Royalty/Jesuits) and Jewish owned printing press.

Making the evidence impossible to keep, or even discuss is child's play today, since media can be hidden behind AI routers. By shutting down open dialogue around theories and conjecture to the point "normies" are dejected and intimidated.

Because the Truth requires access to our lies and innuendo in it's entirety.

Shutting down any topic by calling it "archived" is how normies are memory holed. The mods are doing Molochs will and you idiots no long hide it.

Vindicator

Nice try. :-)

TheMatrix

clowns ran a child trafficking group backed by gov assets, brainwashed and implanted kill/control/tracking bugs. Sounds like an agent recruitment program where children are turned into spooks. What is the goal of this program? Beyond clown recruitment, beyond rich pedos, or satanic soldiers? I wonder if any of the children have been identified as adults and what their positions are.

It's like the movie Bourne Identity but instead of volunteering, you are screened, chosen, and owned at a much earlier age.

Thanks truthseekertx , good post

sore_ass_losers

If you do have a concern for truth, vs. just wanting to rile people up, I hope you'd concede that your title is off, it's not the FBI alleging this but some individual.

sore_ass_losers

Just wanted to point out that implanting computer chips in heads seems infeasible in terms of current commonly known technology. Also I haven't heard of it in conspiracy theories.

People and pets do get chipped , but that's an RFID chip that is encapsulated, has no power supply, and has no interface to the recipient.

It's reported here as an allegation, the FBI aren't saying their investigation saw this taking place.

Still some very explosive material in this dump!

ESOTERICshade

Experiments have been going on for many decades and since the days of the 'integrated circuit.' The technology today is far advanced from the crude experiments I will show you here right now. Many advancements have been made. A person can make his arm move by "thinking about it" because he has been chipped. Medical stuff.

This is a bull with a chip in it's brain, and a cat, just to show you how far back this research goes.

If you are interested in today's technology research "smart dust", nano materials mixed with biological agents.

sore_ass_losers

Okay, certainly. I was responding to the idea of a computer chip in the brain, which to me implies undetectable. I don't think there is any empty room in the skull (well maybe some people). Also computers run prearranged programs, that doesn't give you a remote-controlled robot.

That is not a bull with a computer chip in the brain but a single electrode, a binary on/off if you will.

I did say I hadn't heard of it (thinking undetectable implant) in the field of 'conspiracy theory' but I'd forgotten about 'UFO abductee implants'. They're not obviously working computers at all, but thought to have mysterious powers.

ESOTERICshade

You just won the internet today for that comment :)

I guess humans can suffer the loss of large portions of the brain and still function, so much for my space-in-the-skull argument.

True fact dude.

Yep.

UFO and aliens are bullshit to confuse the easily confused. There are a lot of people suffering in labs with chips in their body. Paid for with trillions of our taxes. This goes so deep i'm not sure if we could ever dig it out.

Master_Foo

Elon Musk has a device in prototype right now. There's no fucking way this tech existed in 1987.

But here's something for the lolz anyway

Vindicator

Funny coincidence: last night I noticed #VerifySatan was trending on Twitter. I went to the @S8N account to see what was up, and Twitter recommended I follow Elon Musk and Pewdiepie. Not exactly sure why.

BrokenWolf

Considering that it's MK ULTRA in origin and the technology at the time, it could easily have been a locator, if not a bone induction transmitter/receiver. Reinforces nowhere to run/nowhere to hide programming.

ESOTERICshade

if not a bone induction transmitter/receiver. Reinforces nowhere to run/nowhere to hide programming.

Yes you are spot on. There are ways to achieve 'bone conduction' that can be done is a fashion that cannot be diagnosed by most medical personnel.

sore_ass_losers

Wouldn’t the transmitter/receiver require a big power supply? (Anyway they’ve long had the technology to create voices in the head using microwaves.)

Maybe it could be something the interviewee interpreted as ‘computer chips’. Or it could be bogus, we don’t even know from this screenshot who made the allegation. I haven’t looked at the docs yet.

ESOTERICshade

I have not looked at the material in these docs on the Finders. I am only speaking from a technical standpoint on the following specifics of technology that you have brought attention to.

Wouldn’t the transmitter/receiver require a big power supply?

Transmitter needs much more power than the receiver. The receiver can be passive, as passive as only needing enough electrical energy that a human body can provide. From there when more energy is applied by a transceiver 'capicator' can provide needed energy, along with synergism.

Anyway they’ve long had the technology to beam voices to the head using microwaves as a carrier, no hardware on the recipient. That’s just one-way.

YES! And this has been possible for decades. Its real. It damn sure exists and this is easy for anybody to verify.

Maybe it could be something the interviewee interpreted as ‘computer chips’.

Sonic. Sub-sonic, hyper-sonic........soundwaves. You can plant an ultrasonic transdeucer mounted to a directional horn at a house and drive the occupants out of their minds and health in less than two years. True fact. (skunk works)

Psyops

pizzaequalspedo

Can you tell me more about how Edgar Cayce connects to this?

I’ve seen some YouTube’s regarding Edgar and his claims.

LastGarrison

The Library, the location of it, and the many institutes, research, and experiments that occurred during and after are the most important.

The inherent problem with any predication is, once it is made public, it can be avoided. Or in the case of a psyop, used to further an agenda.

The abilities are real. 80 million in research per year and 20k declassified documents within the CIA Crest Library attest to that. And those documents include DoD, DNI, FBI, NAVY, ARMY and NSA.

siegnagel

My Dad's been into Cayce since as long as I can remember. So that's 40 odd years I know of. When I became interested in the occult and divination and so on, I was always skeptical of Cayce. I still am, most of his predictions never happened, he was heavily influenced by Blavatsky and the Theosophists. I'm not a fan of them either. Lots of lies and mistranslations.

Agreed. After many years of exploring the same subjects I can that your answer is well thought out.
