There was a movie shown at the White House in early 1900s that had a real person (actor) throw a baby into the fire. It was posted here and many of us saw it. YES I believe what you say. Possibly to avoid blame if a viewer decides to go vigilante on the place. Less likely an incensed Aussie viewer is going to travel around the world to punish pedos.
