Kentucky Judges Pre-Signed Blank Legal Documents So That Child Services Could Take Custody of Kids on Nights and Weekends

The state agency that provides child protective services—has a practice of obtaining blank emergency custody orders pre-signed by judges. Social workers then fill out the documents with the necessary information after they’ve been signed by a judge and then use them to take custody of children from parents who have come under investigation.

no judge actually reviews these orders, or the evidence used to justify separating a family, before signing them.

This practice is a galling abuse of parents’ rights and basic civil liberties. It only came to an end after an investigative report spotlighted the practice: Previously, copies of the blank orders with signatures from Jefferson District Court judges were left at the Home of the Innocents on Market Street and filled in by cabinet workers – giving them the power to remove children without a judge reviewing the allegations written on the order or filling out other necessary documentation.

This is beyond comprehension even though I read these stories constantly on @MedicalKidnap .com in my inbox. This must stop. Can we badger our local lawmakers to let them know we will not put up with this? I will call mine and rant and rave. You can also call the White House and give them an earful. The reality is that so many parents are getting arrested for meth and opioids that the judges are getting tired of being bothered on the weekends signing these papers. These drugs are a real problem.

These people have submitted illegal documents to snatch kids. That's kidnapping, trafficking and conspiracy.

How the fuck are they walking around free after doing this. They destroyed families for narcissistic supply and money. This wasn't in the best interests of the children. They abused these families.

My voluptuous (just trying to say she developed early and had big ones) 12 year old daughter was almost snatched by cps from a fucking neurologist I took her to. They cornered her, twisted her words,and suddenly a family friend became my wife in the report, and all kinds of abuse was happening. CPS showed up on my doorstep, saying I self prescribed high dose advil to her for her headaches and was ignoring her medical needs. In spite of the advil being prescription strength, prescribed by a doctor, and I was at a neurologists office about her headaches.

Fuck california. Thankfully I sent her to moms house far away so I could fight it. They backed off when I started getting agressive, sent my kids to another state, and started threatening lawsuits.

The whole system is infected with these monsters. The state gets federal funding for snatching more kids. It's way the fuck out of hand.

I met a woman in Canada that lost all four of her kids to CAS and her life was destroyed completely. She described the same psychotic behaviour and the sadistic enjoyment these workers got from doing it.

This is a drug to these psychopaths. It's called narcissistic supply and they get high from it. They also get addicted. They are literally getting high from torturing people.
