I'm sorry, but I don't see how this would be a 'proof' - he retweeted a tweet that said how beautiful Melania looks (so not surprising he would retweet it), coincidentally, it was tagged with some Q hastags. That's all.

But I believe that Q is run by Trump's PR department, so there's that.
