I reverse image searched the pictures from the tweet & it looks like it's some art project by a lady that's interested in pizzagate. Third result on the first page, the rest are tweets from 2018:

She also has an article 50 themed perfume and an art installation with a tweet about Podesta being a pedo. Her stuff seems cool. As much as I wish it were true, that tweeter is pulling your leg by saying it's 100% real.

If you zoom in on the lettering on the barrel it starts to give off that cgi look. Also it looks like it is stamped over smaller stamped lettering, which seems kind of bizarre.

Somehow I doubt there could ever be enough demand for a barrel like that. My theory is (((they))) originally discovered adrenochrome from the circumcision blood sucking. So if it's potent in portions that small, a barrel of concentrated pure adrenochrome would seem like ten-thousand lifetime supplies.
