This is just awful. I propose this IS being done intentionally by certain people. Yes there are a few that simply are not informed and have sincere intentions. But 8,300 false reports by the same person since last June. How disgusting and criminal. As it says in the article in the meantime Children are differing horrid abuse. This is very serious. There must be some other way they can be stopped.
