Oscar Reitersvard was the original drawer. But Lionel Penrose and son Roger kind of hijacked it in a way this the name of Penrose. Lionel was into genetics and a pediatrician. That is enough to start research considering the likeness to the Boy Love symbol. Again I am not positive but it warrants looking into.

Lionel was the Galton professor of eugenics from 1945 to 1965 then human genetics professor 1963 to 1965 at Univ. College in London then later emeritus professor. Wow.
