The name is an interesting one and brings up the obvious link to the notorious mafia gangster, Arnold Rothstein: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arnold_Rothstein - He was depicted in the HBO series Boardwalk Empire (Steve Buscemi and Michael Pitt) It's actually a good series and (spoiler alert) actually has the plot of someone having to procure a minor to a high ranking member of society in order to get ahead.

I maybe should have mentioned in the last part that Tom Guinness is a member of the Guinness family (Guinness beer, Guinness World Record) so these are some seriously wealthy people and it wouldn't be surprising if she was related to Arnold in some way.

The Rothstein family is also connected to the Bronfman crime family who are connected to NXVIM. You can find lots of articles relating to this topic by searching online. I have so far been unable to confirm that she is related directly to Arnold Rothstein, help on this would be appreciated!
