Problem is it could end in kids funneled into the CPS system that has been proven corrupt enough to give foster kids to abusers and those that will sell them for their "secretions".

I wasn't able to reply to you until today. certain buttons weren't working, specifically anything that allowed me to post/submit a comment, submit a submission or upvoat until today. I've been "disabled" from doing anything but sort of watching since about late November. Been really frustrating as I had lots of corroborating links but couldn't share them.
