I work in a prison and have viewed lots of pedos in my years doing classification and records work. There's no pedo type. They come from many walks of life. Some are even attractive. You'd just never guess.

Having said that, many are not attractive. But i think this idea that we can spot them that easily is false and highly dangerous. You really can't. Sorry.

Seems ridiculous. Anyone can become a pedophile and anyone can repent from being a pedophile. This evil is common to humanity and if it was just a matter of being born with it, that means they would be pedophiles from birth---if they became pedophiles later in life, that was more due to personal choice and environment. But pornography especially. Almost all pedophiles are addicted to pornography. Porn changes users' sexual tastes based on what they watch, as porn makes a powerful imprint on the brain from the very first viewing---and it's an escalating addiction. You need progressively more degenerate forms to constantly satisfy your impulse. People act out what they constantly see and fill their minds with, it's called copycat crime. There was a case of two small children accidentally seeing their parent's hardcore BDSM pornography. The children then used a coathanger to penetrate and accidentally kill their baby brother. Children are designed to act out the examples they see. Obviously, they aren't at fault. These boys will be scarred forever thanks to their parents' malicious sexual fetishes (the watchword of BDSM is "malice"). But adults are also heavily influenced by what they constantly fill their minds with. I'd say that accounts for most pedophilia out there. Pedophilia was a much smaller issue before pornography became legal.

It makes sense that persons with obvious physical oddities, like extreme obesity, peculiar eyes, a pencil neck or some weird prominent feature — In England, Member of Parliament Jeremy Thorpe, MP Cyril Smith and Sir Jimmy Savile for example — might well find themselves unattractive to "normal" people and would be drawn instead to children, preferably those who would be in no position to object.

Minor Physical Anomalies: low-set ears, a furrowed tongue, a curved fifth finger, a third toe longer than the second toe and an excessive gap between first and second toe, left-handedness, non-detached earlobes, a high palate, 10 - 15 IQ points lower and 2.3cm shorter than average seems a stretch as to having anything to do with pedophilia. That's getting into the realm of phrenology, the science where they tried to classify criminals based on bumps on their heads.

Most pedos were molested themselves. It isn't something people are born with.
