Breaking the link out of paranoia.

As the title suggests, I need some tech savvy goats to look at the image to verify the following.

Claims: The pic in the tweet is allegedly of Chuck Schumer kissing a girl (fully clothed) who appears to be less than 13.

  1. Is this pic real? Ie is there evidence of photoshop or any alterations.

  2. Is the man in the pic Chuck Schumer.

If both questions are the correct response, then we have smoking gun evidence of Chuck Schumer being a pedophile.
