I would not be surprised. It is not a bad idea to have some underdeveloped country as a sort of an understudy, on call if any of the ongoing wars fail — as almost all do, Grenada excepted. Almost like the function of Afghanistan which has been everybody's favorite war zone since forever.

North Korea is cheap too. A cargo ship of Kim Jong-un's fave Hennessy now and then keeps him happy.

Not directly related to Maxwell. NK produces illicit drugs and supplies slave manual labor to Russia. The illicit drug production is one of the top income generating things in NK.

Another interesting detail is that over at CDAN "somebody" maybe the CDAN operator "ENTY" himself or others have deleted from the comments section several earlier (yesterday) mentions of Inslaw Inc. and their PROMIS software and the death of Danny Casolaro, a writer found dead in a bathtub in 1991, at the Sheraton Hotel, Martinsburg, West Virginia. Some people have him on the Clintons' Arkancide Lists along with Vince Foster et al.
