Honestly the whole Mcann case is divergent and divisive. I always wanted to know more about the detective but never had the time to dig everything. My first thought about the authorities' reluctance to say further was that they had a tape or evidence by message that she was murdered. For the immense publicity interest, it seemed they couldn't prepare for disclosing it yet but I hope they will.
