So much info on this. Sword and Scale podcast, episodes 5 & 6 deal with this topic. Not a fan of Mike Boudet, but it was quite a good listen (before he went full-douche).

I've done extensive digging into this issue. Your best resource by far is John DeCamp's book "The Franklin Coverup." It is well-written, well-researched and very in-depth. It's also a book where you might want to skip some parts which account in detail SRA.

Noreen Gosch, Jim Rothstein, Ted Gunderson, Paul Bonacci, and John DeCamp did interviews and they're still on youtube though hard to search for.

Based on all I've heard from Noreen, she doesn't speak much about MK-Ultra and it's not clear how much information she and her private investigator have on that subject, but it could be substantial. She stated that she had gained important connections and gathered many leads over the years. She revealed a lot of her findings in Johnny's case in her video interviews, and her story remains consistent throughout the many interviews I've listened to. She also talked about other kidnappings that happened around her area that were proven to be connected to Johnny's case.
