How about some actual research on the context of this video? When was it made? When was it broadcast? Who is the guy playing Clinton? What was Clinton doing at the time? Is there any evidence of the Olsen twins ever having been anywhere near him at that age?

This meets neither Rule 2 or Rule 3 as is. If there is no actual evidence, it belongs in our speculative subverse, not here.
